So since it has been awhile since I have done a Dinner picture thread I decided to do another one. sorry about some of the potato camera pictures
Chuckeye steak seasoned with brisket rub

toss bacon on the cast iron and render the fat and save the bacon for later consumption

slice and quarter one carrot
</a>" />
boil the carrots till almost tender then add butter and brown sugar

the end result is this </a>" />
take your leftover potato skin from lastnights dinner and add cheese and the bacon you cooked earlier and toss in the oven till nice and melty

slice up some green onions and a couple of cloves of garlic and toss this into a sauce pan with a couple pats of good irish butter
</a>" />
let the onions and garlic cook a little while then add asparagus.
</a>" />
of course one must always have plenty of adult beverages handy, this is made with fresh lemonade and blackberry whiskey
</a>" />
now add your steak to the cast iron
</a>" />
plate up
</a>" />
dont forget your salad with fresh homegrown tomatos and a little lite raspberry balsamic vinagarette

color looks good to me, sliced by my boker magnum EDC knife
</a>" />
tonights dinner protected by a Marlin 336 in 30-30, lefever 12 ga and a smith and wesson M&P .40 cal and a little crisp apple mead to finish washing everything down
