TXL Probably because it was loaded and in her purse or she admitted she was going to jersey for business or pleasure reasons rather than passing through when she was undoubtedly asked where she was headed. Just trying to the right thing and stay safe doing it and got screwed big time. FOPA isn't really worth a shit if your planning on stopping in a nanny state for more than gas on way completely through said state and sometimes even the pit stop is pushing it in some places. Also hollow points, don't know if she had them but I'd venture to guess she did are felony charge for having them in new Jersey (might not be felony, not sure but is a serious charge and they fuck you in the ass hard for them regardless that I do know). |
