Non venomous; you can see both eyes from directly overhead and the head is not shaped like that of a pit viper.

Looks like a banded water snake.

Yea doesn't look like anything venomous that I know of in Georgia but it is a little guy and that can make it harder to identify.  Good call on the relocate.
