Not true. There was an earlier outage that this was discussed.

They will allow you to transfer after 3 business days, but only after receiving a "Delay" from NICS. If you cant get it, it does not count.

Three business days. Get delayed on a Monday and you can pick the gun up on Friday. Get delayed on a Wednesday and you can pick the gun up on Tuesday.
