When I actually use the engine, I usually hit 37-41MPG.

Most of the time, I'm getting 3-5 miles per kWh. On the lower end at highway speeds.

Depends on conditions. Flat ground with a tailwind and a semi truck in front of me, I could probably knock down 22mpg, but normally it's between 14-16mpg

With your parameters, 21-23mpg. I get better mileage at 100 in 6th than I do at 75 in 6th.  Tested this several times from Vegas back home... 100mph cruise in 6th is the sweet spot.

Also, I'd like to know which Expedition you have.  As far as I am aware, Ford never made a 5.7L.  They had the 351 pre-Mod days at 5.8L, and the 4.6L Mod and 5.4L Mod motors for their trucks, vans, and cars.

I have a 2013 Mini Cooper Clubman 6 speed manual. No turbo. I drive about 20K a year.

42.2 MPG at 70mph cruise with A/C on. Just over 520 miles on a tank more than once.

37.5 MPG in everyday driving.

Edit- I am not a greenie or a cheapo but I hate giving money to the Arabs to buy gold yachts and/or fund terrorist. Once you get used to spending so little for gas each month it is hard to go back to 16 or even 20 MPG.

I just made a 1600 mile round trip to Colorado Springs in my '07 Crown Vic PI, did the speed limit the whole way, and got right at 20mpg.

Not great mileage but a smooth ride, plenty of room and a nice comfy seat do make for a pleasant trip.
