I ran into a Rossi 44mag 20" blued lever action for about $450 on clearance at Big 5. Should I go for this? Tax is 8% and Dros here in cali is whatever they charge ($25 I think).
If it was the 454 casull I would have gotten it.

Seems steep but those are nice little rifles. And .44 is nice in a lever action.
I'd say if you can afford then grab it.

Throw in another $100 and pick up a nice Marlin lever action 44mag. Much nicer then the Rossi in my opinion.
