Has anyone here ever made a barrel tester?  Does anyone have any pics of a barrel tester?

I've seen one by David Sams, but the image wasn't very good.

More details. Rifle barrel I presume?

What kind of test?

Proof testing?

Accuracy?

What parameters?

I thought this might be a Bar Refaeli thread.

I'd like to accuracy test 1911 and M9 barrels before installing them in guns.

I'd like to be able to test if it is the barrel or competition pistol that's worn out.

That's the image I've seen.

A few close up images would be appreciated. It doesn't have to be the Sams design.

I've heard about old rifle actions being used. Anyone here ever seen one like that?  Can you point me in the right direction?

Mann Accuracy Device. It was pretty much a testing device built on an 03 action with a gargantuan barrel attached. Think coke bottle thick.
The CMP had the only ones I have ever seen for sale. Price was around 500 USD, but that was a couple years ago. They don't list them anymore, but may have a couple.
