There is a poll on sfgate.com and right now the progressive doughheads have the upper hand with "cooling off periods save lives". This is in response to a Federal Court ruling yesterday that ruled California's 10 day waiting period unconstitutional for gun owners, or CCW holders. How you could be a CCW owner without a gun is beyond but clearly the court felt the need for distinction. The 10 day wait is still valid for first time buyers.
