Medium rare, dry aged Angus strip.

Fresh, garden picked okra, stewed with tomatoes.

Steamed Broccoli.

Sullivan Vinyarde 2008 napa valley cab.

I bought the flag when I visited the USS Arizona  Memorial. In honor of my grandfather should fought in the South Pacific and was injured on Okinawa.

The knife is one of my favorites, a SeerX from Jericho Blade Works.

It's an old trestle design. The craftsman that made it used traditional techniques on it and the benches. He had to bring it into the house in pieces and finish constriction inside. Forgive the crappy iPad mini pics.

Yeah that's awesome!  I really want to find some reclaimed wood like that for a kitchen table.  Nice work.

The stem has a purpose. You are supposed to hold it by the stem; holding it by the bowl heats the wine, and blocks your view of its color and clarity.

Drinking a Napa cab. in a stemless glass tells your guests that you have no idea what your doing.

It's my first Dinner Pic. I've been here long enough, should know better. BUT, I do know that condiments do not belong on a steak, if that's what you meant.
