Hi guys this is my first dinner pic...Please let me know how i did!

It all starts with a call to the local butcher for a couple of boston butts....Trimming these bad boys out can be done with no less than fine cold German steel.

I like to stand mine up with some skewers to hold them apart.

BAM appetizer is corn chip, pulled pork with a sweet/spicy bbq custom sauce topped off with cheese wiz and jalapenos!
