God damn there are some idiots out there! And this is just what they catch on camera! 
Eta: just watched one where they pulled the guy over for a brake light being out. They pull him out, search him, ask to search his vehicle and he refuses. They say ok nothing we can do. One of them goes back to his car to write the ticket for the brake light while his partner stands with the guy. The guy asks the officer standing next to him to grab him a cigarette out of his car, officer says sure but mind if I look inside the pack? Go ahead the guy says, well what do you know theres a crack pipe in there hahahaha |
