Man demonstrates: 1) Failure to keep the weapon pointed in a safe direction at all times 2) Failure to perform correct remedial action to deal with hang fire 3) Nothing to do with the close shave, but poor marksmanship (how do you miss that first shot?) He's INCREDIBLY lucky to be alive to post this video to YouTube.
