Just had my work physical and found out my test levels were pretty low. 223, usually a cool number...not so much in this case. I'm only 32 yrs old so this has me kind of worried. Nurse prac conducting the physical, recommended a better diet/exercise/sleep plan because I have been lacking in those areas the last couple of years.

They also found a cyst on my thyroid that I need to be seen by an endo for so I'll ask him about the low T while I'm there. Possibly related? Any advise from you guys?

Theres a 100+ Page thread on low T here a wealth of info. You will need
Further testing (lh, fsh etc) and a Dr that knows what theyre doing. This
last part is not so easy.

I'm also 32, and been on t replacement for about a year.  There's a huge thread on here about.  Grab a beer, block out about 4 hrs, and start reading.  Read before you visit your Endo.  You'll be better prepared.

Any link to the thread? Damn, I'd hate to have to be on T replacement before I even hit 40.
