Hall reminds me of Silva how he keeps his hands down and just moves his head out of the way of punches/kicks.
I wonder how much truth there is to if his head really is in the game or not. He looked good against Leban though. He's striking well tonight even with a fubar'd toe. |

Gotta give a lot of respect for a guy to keep fighting with a compound fracture like that. You can see the bone... They let a fighter continue with a compound fracture???? Right toe next to big toe. Yes he said he was fine. He won. |

You could see it during the post fight interview, but I don't think it was as visible in between rounds, or maybe it broke through the skin in the last round. |

I hope Rhonda gets her head knocked off and the whole women's division goes away with her.... ![]() It's going to be difficult to find another female who can actually accomplish that with Rousey. She's operating on an entirely different level than just about every other woman in the sport. I don't think people are going to get tired of watching her tear other chicks apart for a while. |

I really want to see Rousey vs Curano. Gina would get shredded...fast. I just saw some footage on youtube. Rousey was going for a punch, missed it, recognized her hand position, brought the other hand in to lock Davis' head down, and landed a solid knee so fast that you had to see it in slow-mo replay to even get what happened. This is what people don't get: Rousey has been doing this shit since she was a pre-teen. She grew up literally doing judo at a ridiculously high level thanks to her mother. That manifests in the kind of stuff that won this fight. The greats in formula 1 have been racing since they were practically a fetus, doing cart racing and the like. If you want to compete with them and start training at 18 you've already lost. Same applies here. Sooner or later somebody might get lucky and knock Rousey out with a lucky punch, but even that will be difficult to do at women's weights. |
