Howdy,

I work walking on concrete for about 11 hours a day. My feet and knees are killing me. I have to wear rubber boots. What insole do you guys recommend? I have a medium to high arch. I would like to keep it under $65. So no custom ones from doctor.  

I feel weird asking this on ar15.Com but lots of different folks on here.

I know you don't wanna hear this but, if this work will be the norm for you go to the DR and get real ones.
You do not want to be 50 years old and crippled like me.
