I just had someone respond to one of my rental ads and referred to me as "dolla." As in "thank u dolla." WTH does that mean? |

However, I'm assuming that the difficulty that she is having in putting together a sentence is probably matched by her difficulty in obtaining employment. Which, of course, will be matched by her difficulty in residing in this home. |

I have great renters that were uneducated and I've had shit heads with masters degrees. Show them the place, hand them an app, collect your fee, and run a check on them. I use a screening service for applicants, its extremely thorough. If you cheated on your high school sweetheart it will be listed on the report. DETAILED credit report, background state local and federal, search of previous addresses, cross referenced to civil filings and court records. Its usually 29-40 pages long. If they want to pay the fee, in 30 minutes I will point out on the page exactly why you are not getting the place and pocket a 100 for my time.
