No. It would require repealing the amendment that limits the number of terms a President can run for. That's not going to happen.

While it isn't lawful, I wouldn't put it past the mouth breathing idiots we share a country with to endorse and allow such a thing. As long as the MSM doesn't report it, most of the country probably wouldn't find a problem with it, especially if they mention FDR served four terms and neglect to mention the Constitutional amendment passed afterwards that prohibits more than two terms.

The rule of law only applies to us little people. Only a few relatively powerless, token useful idiots go to prison at that level.

ETA: I understand the article is fake, I just don't have any faith left.

Not a possibility. The 3/4 rule is to pass an amendment not about any loophole. Can't be done without changing the constitution

It's not that the posters don't understand the law, it's the fact that the POTUS doesn't understand (or care) about the law and the fact that Congress/SCOTUS hasn't done anything to MAKE him care about the law.

So it's perfectly irrelevant how well you/we understand the law given the history of POTUS ignoring law.

The "news" site is a fake, not terribly funny leftist group (judging by most of the rest of their articles).

One link in that Obama story isn't made up, however:
http://dailycaller.com/2013/01/06/new-york-congressman-introduces-bill-to-abolish-presidential-term-limits/

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/hjres15/text

Serrano did introduce a bill to repeal the 22nd Amendment & presidential term limits.

Chances are he will suspend national elections due to some crisis and continue his dictatorship. Congress, despite all the noise they are making, are doing nothing about Obama defying the laws of the nation or stopping His Majesty's royal edicts. They gave him Obamacare which is a proven disaster and doing nothing about it. They passed NDAA 2012 and the suspension of habeus corpus at Obama's edict.
You can't be sure Congress won't let him remain in office.

That would be a good satire piece.  TL;WW (Too Long; Won't Write)
