And I am happy so far.  I had been pretty anti Apple and Android....had an Iphone, and it was meh....  My WP was a Nokia Lumia 920.  No complaints, worked great as a phone, texting was ok.  But ATT had a decent deal to switch my business plan to shared data, dropped the bill $100/mo, and I was in for an upgrade....  I went with the Galaxy Note 3.  Wow I have been missing out.  WP was so damn boring compared to the Android.  There seem to be a shit load more cool features and apps....

Steve Jobs is rumored to have said that his only regret was not crushing Android before he died.

Parts of my WP make me love it. The bugs make me want to throw it out a window. I switched from an iPhone and am mostly happy. I have a Nokia 1020.

I asked about the Note 4 coming out...for now I am content w/ this one.  Ill test it out for a few days and make sure I like it....it's a completely different platform than WP...so many features, lots of typing features that WP doesn't have...has numbers on the keyboard w/o having to shift, memo pad w/ stylus, still works with OneNote and Skydrive, search function for texts, awesome activity logger, and probably a lot more I haven't found yet....

I like my Note 3 but it's a little buggy at times and has its quirks.  It lacks the rock solid boringly consistent operation and refinement of Apple but it's a powerhouse in its own right and the screen is awesome for my needs.  The email application sucks but that's not a big deal to me.

If Apple would build a high end power phone with this size screen I'd be all over it.  I think Cook is taking them on a race to the bottom though.

You will be discovering things on it for months.  The Note 3 won't go obsolete for quite some time. I love mine for a bunch of reasons...The screen size is something I will never go without from now on.  Browsing, reading, watching are all much better on it.

android is sick. WAY better than iOS.

that being said, I'm *HATING* on it right now.  having a problem with my wife's S3, and trying to flash a new rom. I'll say this: cyanogenmod is sucking ass.  crap battery life, camera horked up.....  sucks.

true story on the screen. I'll never use a smaller phone than this again.  I have Note 2. Best phone I've ever used hands down.
