The other thread on farm fresh eggs got me to thinking, how do duck eggs compare to chicken eggs?

Taste? Size?

I accidentally bought duck eggs once. The white had a greenish tint to it. Couldn't eat greenish eggs.

Oh, and in that video both eggs are overcooked and unappetizing.

The duck eggs that I get are larger and have a thicker shell and yes the outside of the shell are a greenish tint. The whites are smaller and the yolks are larger and thicker. They are a little work to scramble but they are creamier when cooked. All around they are very tasty and make really good omelets and work really good for baking.
