It was near some waterfalls in N Ga. It wiggled its tail like it was a rattlesnake I assume to imitate a rattler, but had no rattle. Round pupils and head.

Round eyes, generally not venemous.

That being said, just looks like a rat snake.

I had a huge rat snake in my barn the other day, I hope he stays around. I would say that's a black rat snake also.

Awesome rat snake. My property is covered up in those things. I have never seen a venemous snake either. Here's one, Ifound weed eating a couple of years ago, doing what he does best. We usually catch them and put them in the barn.

For every dead snake you mail me, I'll mail you a live packrat or deermouse. They're cute and furry and I really have trouble stopping myself from just snuggling the hell out of them whenever I see them eating the electrical wires in my outbuildings and vehicles, nothing like the cold blooded monsters who eat them and never hurt anything else.
