  Went out to test fire a couple of new guns.....No pics of the guns but the beauty of this state catches me all the time. The temp dropped 20 degrees or so the time I was out there. Being from North TX suburbs you come to appreciate stuff as simple as a rain storm coming over the mountains  |

I absolutely love my Yamaha Raider and have been all over the place with it. But I could go some many more places with KLR650. They are just the perfect bike for Colorado. Exactly my thoughts.
Keep your eyes out for a dude with a big beard riding a KLR650 around the state this year. Wave if you see me.

No shit, I almost bought one of those Tuesday, I visited the Kawi dealer in Loveland. Let me know how you like it. I've got a HD up for sale to fund the purchase of the KLR. I *might* go with an older DRZ400 instead now, and also pick up a used FZ1 - I'm undecided. |

When in doubt, use a bigger hammer. Struck the bar end weight off with a hammer, throttle instantly returned to normal.

Andrasik, I picked up this over the weekend, still trying to decide on a KLR or something like a 450 or even a 250.

Nice! Looking at the same bike for my wife, actually. She's tiny (5'1) so it's hard to find bikes that she fits on. We're doing MSF this weekend as she's never ridden before. |
