So, I live in an apartment with an enclosed stairwell, it is protected from the elements and leads to two apartment doors that face each other, nothing else. Unless you are a tenant of one of those apartments, you really have no reason to open this door. Anyway, twice now, I have come home after work and found/smelled a puddle of piss on the short hardwood floor area at the bottom of the stairs.
If I catch this animal in the act, regardless of leg-count, is it acceptable pepper spray them in the dick? |

Djibouti has the same problems as apartments in harlem and the bronx. Interesting. recent phenomenon, temporary place. Still doesn't answer my question, though. Yes on the pepper spray. Also a good hard swat on the ass, and rub their nose in the piss afterwards. If it's a dog I'd take the same approach. |

Why don't you talk to the people in the other apartment, and the landlord, and put a lock on the door at the bottom of the stairs?? has no provision for a lock, and nobody lives next door... Considering a game camera. I have a suspicion that it's this little shit that lives a few doors down. problem is that then, I have a picture of a little kid's junk as my evidence if im right, which is obviously bad. |

How does it not have any provision for a lock? There's got to be a knob or something that keep is shut right? it has a handle, no latch. it isn't a security door in any way, it's just there to keep the rain out, really. if only it could keep out the yellow rain |

If i could, I would.... |
