Got a little story and was hoping the hive could shed some light on what happened.
A few days ago a good friend comes by my house to hang out. We were planning to drink a few beers and play Battlefield 4 etc. I asked him if he wanted to head to the gamestop to pick up a couple prepaid gift cards with me. He said sure. We get TWO cards and return to my place. Upon entering The house by my garage I ask him " lets hit up my garage and i will show you what ive done to the old Ford F100". He asks if i want to go inside and use the gift cards first. I respond " not yet, they are fine right here on the table, well grab them later". Fast forward 4 hrs. We just got done watching youtube videos and playing some games and ate delivery pizza. He tells me he has to head out. I say cool its been fun lets try this again in a couple weeks. He leaves and while i am walking back in I check the table with the gift cards. There is only one there!?!?. The receipt is there but only one card. FWIW we never touched the cards the whole night. We got into some youtube stuff and never decided to pick up the cards. My question to you. What are some of your guys thoughts on the card? Ask me anything if you want more information. Would love to get to the bottom of this. |

1. You buy 2 gift cards. 2. You put 2 gift cards on the table. 3. You invite friend over. 4. No one else comes over during the whole time your friend is there. 5. Your friend leaves. 6. Only 1 gift card remains on the table. 7. Where is the mystery? 8. Damn, I should be a cop!... oh wait... |

I bought both and it was never implied that one was his. Called him five minutes after he left and asked him if he had seen the card. Was told he wasnt even sure where i had placed them when i came in. Also told maybe it fell on the ground behind a gap in the trim(im remodeling my mudroom and the trim is not caulked yet) |
