I received a file in MS Excel.  I have Windows XP which doesn't have Excel.  Is there any way to view this file with out spending $300+ dollars for Excel?

Doubt it...you can try opening it with notepad but it might not line up right

It is like MicroSoft Office, except that it is free. I know that it does some if not all of MS formats...
