Boy, I bet that would have been real funny if he'd wound up laying in the gutter bleeding to death.
Ha ha. Ha.
He should thank whatever God he worships that the guy with the gun was as scared as he was and was unprepared. I'd be thanking him several times each day. Dumbass. |

Boy, I bet that would have been real funny if he'd wound up laying in the gutter bleeding to death. Yeah fuck that guy. It was hilarious scaring the shit out of people making them think they were about to be shot. His turn came to think he was going to be shot and suddenly it's time to go home. |
| Where does this guy live. His local PD need to arrest him. All it would of taken is someone to shoot at him and a stray bullet going into a house and killing someone. Or have police have their time wasted responding to this and have some other actual criminal get away with a crime somewhere else because the cops where tied up dealing with this A-Hole. |

Since he shows his face, has not been sued or arrested, I would guess everyone is in on it and the whole thing is fake With video proof would a prosecutor need a complaint? I'd think that has to violate some law like terroristic threats or disorderly conduct. Unless he brings all the folks involved forward to swear they were in on it he'd at least get a fat fine and ruin his day. |

Trying to create a point of differentiation between himself and the 'video' competition. It's the last comment he makes. He goes from I'll never do this again, to subscribe to see me do another 'crazy' stunt. ETA : [How many views and comments has this already got just here!] |

Even if they were in on it he could be charged with disorderly conduct, maybe reckless endangerment Quoted:

Lucky that guy couldnt get his gat out of his pants and he hesitated on the shot. Could have gone totally different. Either it's a fake setup or the guy with the gun was struggling to grasp what he was looking at. It doesn't fit the obvious profile of what you'd expect for a self defense scenario like some hoodlum trying to rob you with a knife or a handgun. It's a dude in a costume with a rifle, very much unlike anything you expect even when expecting trouble. It'd be a good shoot regardless but nobody wants to grease someone and find out later it was a prank or some little kid overly hyped up for Halloween playing stupid games. I haven't been there yet but I am familiar with cognitive dissonance and how experiencing it could make you hesitate. Fake or not, that prankster deserves to be punched in the face. |

At the end the guy keeps walking toward the dude who pulled the gun on him. Now wouldnt he freeze or throw his toy gun down? No one walks toward a gun man unless the have a deathwish or arent afraid of jack shit. |

. Probably fake though.
