| Weird experience. About an hour ago sitting here at the house and felt a large thud/jolt to the house. Originally thought it was some kind of quake but it didn't feel like one I experienced a few years ago. I could tell that one came from the east, moved through the house and continued off towards the west and it last several seconds. This was just one sudden bang. Everybody on FB started talking about it and supposedly it was a house that exploded. The surprising part to me is that it has to be between 16-18 miles across land from my house. I can only imagine what it would be like to really under fire from real bombs. |

Meth lab? Not these people. Multi , multi millionaires, several times over and over again. And good people too. OP, where are you located? You can IM me if you don't want to put it here. We're close enough to go a little shooting out at Leeds or somewhere together. Or drive to Palmetto and take in their indoor range. |

OP, I'm in Great Falls and I heard a rumble from it. They say it's the Crenshaw place out there. It was one of the big old gas tanks. No telling for sure if it's NG or what, since they own Crenshaw Oil and Gas, and sell NG, Fuel oil, gasoline, kerosene, and diesel all over NC and SC. Could have been one of the trucks. They said it was a large tank. From what I'm hearing they were on vacation. I worked for Jody ( Crenshaw ) and Dale Elliot years ago when I opened the Meeting Street Express for her, and then they opened the one by the Race Track. They own all the Crenco stores too. Sad they lost the house, but glad they were out of town and nobody was hurt. Hello, I'm live in Kershaw out in the Buffalo community if you know where that is. I know of the Crenshaw's but don't many of them personally. I do work with a guy who lives right on the road where they said this happened, Cane Mill Rd. |

I have a lot of good friends from the Kershaw area. Heck, I might know you and it's highly probably I know some of the folks you know form Kershaw. More people know me by Hootie than my real name if that rings a bell. As far as shooting, it's sad to say but I don't hardly even go shooting much except to sight my rifles in for hunting. I originally came here several years ago when interested in getting an AR for coyote hunting. I have enough for a complete rifle and a couple of extra receivers/parts but never did finish putting it all together. |

| We had a house blow like that a couple miles from my house. Talk about rocking my house. Looked out and could see a mushroom cloud in the distance. Talk about Freakout. I was worried like hell about my family and if we needed to GTFO. Some friends of ours actually lived within a few block of the house, can't believe they didn't get any damage from the blast. Turned out some whackadoo blew himself up playing with some kinds of explosives. |
