A gratuitous dinner picture for you gentleman tonight.  Roast Duck, with duck fat potatoes & green beans.  I made a glaze of OJ, dark brown sugar, soy sauce & hot sauce for the duck.  Scotch is Balvenie Doublewood 12yr.

Great food, but you need a napkin, loaded AR, AR reload, loaded handgun, and a handgun reload.

Knife also belongs on the right side of the plate.
