| So it's obvious by now that there is another panic buying spree going on with inexpensive russian steel cased ammo, as many major distributors are running low or have already sold out . Now to make matters worse it looks as if there may also be an importation ban in order or close to it because of the so called Ukrainian conflict, so once most of the inexpensive Russian ammo has has been depleted, how long before we start seeing shortages and price increases on our domestic produced ammo ? |

I also heard the ghost of christmas past is coming for yerrr gunnss. The only way to save them is to put on some red slippers, and tap you're shoes together three times while saying, "there's no president like Ronald Regan"... This will dispel the ghost of Christmas while increasing ammo capacity of steel cased ammo. |

| Laugh all you want, as I'm sure many of you got caught with your pants down when the .22 LR shortage was beginning to take hold, and probably laughed at the thought of stacking $7.88 bricks of Federal 550 bulk pack 22 ammo away, because it was everywhere to be found ! |

Well, OP, this is just one more thread that affirms that gun owners are driven by fear and paranoia. Perhaps greed too, but primarily, fear and paranoia.
"Paranoia strikes deep.....into your life it will creep...." Stephen Stills from Buffalo Springfield "This kinda shit happens all the time....You gotta get yours before I gets mine" Snoop Dogg from Doggy Style |

*facepalm* This is why 'panics' happen. Oh save it, and how many AR 's, uppers, and mags have you purchased since our beloved anointed one has been in office ? Those are at historically low prices. I've never bought any of those during a panic such as immediately after elections or after Sandy Hook. In fact, I remember buying LEO/Mil marked Center Industries AR mags for $10 after the ban expired in 2004. You can buy USGI mags with Magpul followers today for the same price even though we've had inflation. |

The Walmart has plenty in stock Not around here. My Walmart has everything in bulk, including 300 blackout and .380, even .308 milsurplus. Russian 223 and 7.62 as well. All but .22 Long Rifle. Haven't seen any of that in over 14 months. Was in Cabelas on Thursday and they had about 20 boxes of Remington .22 Suppressor ammo for $3.99 each, two box per person max. First .22 purchase I made in 14 months! Two dang boxes - 100 rounds. Now THAT sucks. |

I was having a hell of a time finding it for the last week. |

Can't wait to see how many people start crying yet once again , because they were in denial about another shortage on the horizon . |
