I've recently had some GI issues, so I've cut waaaaaaaaay back on coffee. It just tears me up which stinks because I love coffee.

So I've started drinking a lot of tea. I tried green tea for health benefits, but it's kind of bland. I really like chai so far; I've been mixing it with soy milk.

How does everyone take their tea?

Go to adagio.com.

Pick some different samples.
And get one of those single serving brewing mugs.

I'm a big fan of japanese green teas.
Tea is so cheap that you can experiment with the highest priced ones and go nuts.

Drinking some PG tips right now. I drink that or Tetleys (proper imported kind not the American "British blend"). Or some times earl grey if I'm feeling fancy.

I drink it most mornings, coffee on the others.  Iced tea at all other times.

I drink whatever the boss buys, which is usually just Irish breakfast tea, a little sugar.  Milk in tea is an abomination.

Black tea with milk and sugar. Earll Grey, Irish Breakfast, English Breakfast.

Russian tea with sugar only.

I love Kusmi Tea's Russian style Earl Grey called Bouquet of Flowers No. 108. Not cheap, though.

Either a slice of a lemon or a teaspoon of ReaLemon® juice in the cup.

That's how I start most of my mornings.

Another vote for Adagio. The ingenuitea or however they spell it is the way to go. I prefer black tea, and most of the health benefits of green tea are also present in black tea.

Have you tried Mate?

It's a herbal tea with the same caffeine content as coffee...unless it's the caffeine that's messing you up, in which case, never mind.

I tried to like Mate when I lived in Argentina, but I could never get into it. Prefer tea.

Sleepy time green tea with no caffeine has replaced whiskey most evenings for me.  I sure wake up feeling better!

Caffeine was giving me a real problem, and is suspected as the cause of my kidney stones. So I stopped drinking so-called "de-caffeinated" tea and coffee, and started drinking Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger and Mandarin Orange Spice herbal teas. I make it with no-chemical well water, and put in some raw (turbinado) sugar.

I've been drinking 2 or 3 cups per day for the past 8 years, and no more kidney stones. It tastes great, too.

I had the same issue. If you can find it, "King Cole Brand" Orange peekco is the best thing since ... I take mine very hot with honey in it.

I like honey in my tea, I drink mostly green tea with a shot of lemon and sometimes some Tenessee Honey.

I like Bentley's and Bigelow, but also drink Lipton and Red Rose.

A nice hot cup of Chamomile is good after a long stressful day.
