Just a heads up in case anyone is thinking about dealing with them. I ordered some ammo back in December, and fedex lost it. They had a 14 day waiting period before they could consider it "lost" At the end of the 14 days, they called me and told me to tell the shipper to file a claim. That was around 1-15. I emailed ammunitiondepot, no answer. I emailed them again, no answer. I email them a 3rd time, threatening to just fight the charge and notify my AG, and they leave me a bitchy voicemail saying that they never got any emails but the 1 (bullshit) and that they are waiting on fedex to refund them before they refund me. It's been about 3 weeks now, and haven't heard anything from them. I think this is pretty shitty, am I being unreasonable? |
