I placed an order on Monday January 6th for a couple of spikes tactical items through Delta 3 Tactical. I got an email the next day that said awaiting payment but I ignored that for the most part and gave them a call. I heard the message about their awaiting payment system and gave them 7 days to send the confirmation email and charge the credit card. Throughout that first week I called them at least once, usually twice a day at all different times to try and reach someone to confirm that the items were even in stock. Not once did they answer.
Here it is nearly 10 days later, I have called a total of about 20 times, left 2 voice mails, and emailed their sales department twice and the customer service department once. I have heard nothing at all. The second two emails i sent were requesting nothing to be charged to my card and to cancel the order. I'm going to have to wait it out and keep an eye on my account because I'm not counting on hearing back from them at all. Some of the worst service I've ever had for an online order! Does anyone know of a better way to contact them to confirm my order cancellation? Anyone else with a similar experience through them? |

| Did you see the big notice on their home page? The inventory is not live and they mention being very slow to get to emails. They even caution customers from placing orders with them, seriously "....We urge everyone to use caution in placing orders on our website ..." |

I recently bought some stuff from them and they shipped very quickly. I did, however, contact them before ordering to see if they had it in stock. Email worked for me and they responded quickly. I'd wager that your card will not be charged and that your order will be cancelled. |

I ordered a Spikes Tactical Enhanced LPK from them not long ago.
Con: Their website did not indicate the LPK was not in stock at the time I ordered and, my bad, I didn't call in advance to check. But I did email a week or so later with a question as to order status and -- Pros: they got back to me promptly to give me an estimated in stock date. After the approximate time had passed, I emailed again noting that nobody seemed to have the ST Enhanced LPK in stock and wondered if it made sense to keep the order open or cancel given that the kits may just not arrive (this was actually on New Years Day). I received an email that evening from Don suggesting that he could 'enhance' a standard ST LPK by adding the additional upgrades and asking if that would be OK. I told him that was a creative solution and go ahead. So, I received and 'Enhanced' ST LPK shortly thereafter. Overall, my experience with Delta 3 resulted in timely contact and a creative solution to my order resulting in a good experience with them. Next time, I would probably call in advance re stocking issues however. |
