Seems this is in the news again. Someone is sueing(Republicans?) and the Supremes now have this. Question? This has been used in the past and although it was balked at no one filed a suit. Even Bush used this to appoint some Fed Judges and others during his tenure. So what makes Obama using it all of a sudden a Constitutional issue?
Don't take this to mean I support Obama's use but hey if the Republican POTUS used it then why can't the Zero? |

The issue was not the recess appointments; the issue was claiming recess appointments when, in fact, congress was not in recess. |
