My son and my wife were in a store earlier, and my little boy was wearing his "army uniform", and a guy in an an actual uniform gave him this patch:
What is it?

I'd guess it's no different than a punisher skull, or anything else personal that people put on the middle of their plate carriers.
ETA: Not a specific unit or anything, just a piece of "flair" ETA 2: Fuck me sideways, next post might have nailed it. wrong colors though? |

OP has the subdued version that would be worn on the Army Combat Uniform. The color patch in the link would be worn on the dress uniform. |
