I've had bouts of it lately - some nights I'm out like a light when my head hits the pillow. Other nights I'm fricken tossing & turning wide awake for hours. Does anybody else suffer from this crap? If so, any good recommendations to help me crash out at a regular time daily?
Thanks in advance |
Yup, I've tried booze, muscle relaxers, (keep my wife on a full seed tank every night

| I been in two sleep clinic studies , and being an Army Medic I was around Doctors all the time and tired to learn as much as I could because I can't sleep........ the reasons are way to long to list.... one if the biggest issues is just like eating... the old days of routine and 3 meals a day and bed at 11 pm like clockwork,,,, might of worked in the old days of farming and doing the same old work. today we are plugged in to thousands of new ideals a day,,,,,,,, forget sleep....... go to bed when your tired and enjoy the extra hours in your life,,,, what's better 8 hours in a bed 4 of them in total crap not sleeping wake up at 6 am and your dog tired..... or pass out tired and sleep like a log for 4 hours..... and feel rested...... |

Thanks in advance along with other sleep issues, insomnia is one I have. while not a cure all, one thing that helps is to only use the bed to sleep..ie-don't read, don't watch tv or do anything else in your bed(aside from sexy time w/someone). it'll help to train your body/mind to associate being in bed w/sleeping. |
