What's the best method, what has the least side effects, who's happy with theirs?
Do the home methods work or is professional treatment the only good method? |

THIS, is what I'm shooting for.... No, not really.

Here you go, buy a set of trays also. http://www.amazon.com/Opalescence-Teeth-Whitening-flavor-syringes/dp/B00147V0PM/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1388375857&sr=8-8&keywords=teeth+whitening |
| Some year ago my dentist made the tray mold of my teeth and gave me the 16% Carbamide Peroxide gel. Will whiten your teeth well. Will also make them ache so you will have to cut back to every other day or less and temporarily use Sensitive reducing type of tooth paste. People that use it too often will end up looking like they have Chiclets in their mouth or be mistaken for one of the Osmonds (I worked with an Osmond relative once). |

Just use Crest White strips. They work well enough.
I only use gel and custom bleach trays because I have access to them. If you want to drop the coin to have bleach trays made at the dentist, ONLY buy that from him/her. Opalescence teeth whitening gel is professional gel and is actually being sold on Amazon these days for roughly $25 for a four pack of syringes. One syringe is enough for one round of whitening. Refridgerate the other 3 and repeat 6-12 months later if need be. I wouldn't go over 20%. |
