And here it is for posterity: USPS --really?? so much for .gov agency's working together Sorry. Just frustrated with the USPS. And not for the reasons that some may guess. Can you say $5000.00 fine just for putting anything in the mailbox that has no postage on it. The form was a federal form... ----- Very weak rant. 2/10.
