I've been collecting firearms for about 10 years now and I have a safe full but I have never done a transfer.
this is partly because I have no idea what to do. can anyone just spell out step for step what I do? I suspect I call the FFL first and ask permission to have the firearm transfered to them, but then what? do I have the FFL send the info to the seller? do I obtain the info and send it to the seller? is it something that can be done over a phone call? and then what when I go through the checkout online? is it like the checkout on any other site? |
