Right!  had to turn off the weather channel this morning, I hate how they hype up winter weather now a days. Here is a heads up for the moron population: In the months of November to March, there is a good chance of shitty weather! Plan accordingly! Sheesh.

Negative 2 deg F this morning with a wind chill of negative 22 deg F.  Snow drift blew in last night across the yard as big as a city bus and twice as wide.
Starting school late so no one freezes on the bus or drive in to town.
Expected high on Saturday to be Zero with a negative 20 deg F w/o windchill!
Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Have a great day!

Was -1 when I walked out the door this AM. Had about 8-10" of snowfall yesterday. Blew out the drive-way after dinner and was chasing the kids and dog around the yard by 7PM. High of 3 today with -12 on tap for tonight.

No big deal... Doesn't get really cold until the end of January.

On Tuesday evening we had some weather babe running her hand over some grass blades with a dusting of snow on them (you could see more grass than snow) and she was acting like she was running her hands through the tears of the tea party in the 7th level of hell.

Yeah, she was that impressed and giddy.

I guess they are excited because their overpriced winter wardrobe from REI came in.

Why is it that during spring, summer, and fall, that when 1" of rain is forecasted, it's just called "rain", and that's it.

But in wintertime, if 3" of snow is forecasted, it's now somehow classed as a "storm", sometimes days in advance.
