I believe that the best assett to the safety of our country would be to recruit those who are  very observant and circulate most throughout our nation's neighborhoods.

They know who are the suspicious individuals through casual discussions with other neighbors.

They regularly patrol the neighborhoods while encouraging our youth to be fit who will someday join the War On Terrorism.

They are quick to spot and report suspicious activities.

They are SOCCER MOMS.
