CA already has an Assault Weapon Law in place. It will be interesting to find out............
Was the rifle already illegal under CA's laws? And, what about the magazine? (It looked like a Mini 14 from the blurry picture that I saw) Aloha, Mark PS............but CA can feel better because, even if the weapon wasn't illegal.
