Can anyone suggest some personal finance software besides Quicken and Mint.com?

I currently use Quicken which is perennial shit software.  I used the discontinued Microsoft 2004 until 2 years ago, which was also pretty shitty, just less so.

Mint.com (also owned by Inuit and arguably being ruined by them) seems to lack pretty basic functionality such as the ability to spend cash or budget bi-weekly paychecks.

The software I change to would ideally:
1)  Automatically download transactions from my financial institutions.
2)  Have robust budgeting.
3)  Have a mobile app.
4)  Handle retirement and investing accounts.

I like Personal Capital but it doesn't really do budgeting. I mainly just use Excel since I haven't found a better solution.

Unfortunately, budgeting is a must have.

I don't intuitively manage money well and setting spending limits is something I have to do.

In the end I bit the bullet and upgraded to Quicken 2014 so I could use their mobile app.

Of course, my credit untion DOESN'T FUCKING WORK WITH THEIR MOBILE APP.

ETA: and the mobile sync is unreliable causing frequent crashing if you have a budget.
