Why doesn't anyone ask where the Billion dollars that was supposedly spent on it went?
As a consumer you get something that doesn't work, you shouldn't have to pay for it right? So why not the same thing for the Government?

i tried to get all squared away with it since I am a contractor. I can't get the shit to work right. The fine for me would suck. I just want to the government to deliver on their promise. I bet if mid term elections were in Nov, that website would be fixed RFN.
