Just picked up a Glock 19 and the trigger feels a little rough.  Also the trigger pull feels a little heavier than on my other Glocks.  Any clues as to what this could be?

the detonator needs to be greased.

It's a Glock. It's supposed to feel like a staple gun.

Clean it and look into the 25 cent trigger job.

Agree.  Clean it.

I stripped it down and cleaned it, now the trigger feels a little better.  My friend that sold it to me said that sometimes when loading the first round it would fail to chamber it.  I tore down the whole slide and the extractor depressor plunger channel had some gunk in it, specifically where it contacts the extractor.  I sprayed it down with carb cleaner and had to scrape it off.  Eventually I got most of it off.  My wife and I went to test fire it today and it ran flawlessly for over 50 rounds.  She shot it, but says she likes her 23 better.  It has an extended slide release and I like it.  I think I'm gonna get a few more to put on the other Glocks. Needs Meprolights now.

Bacon grease.

This is one of many reasons it's saved for.

It's a Glock. It comes from the factory like that.

It should be heavy, but not rough.  A good clean/lube doesn't do it then something is amiss.  I might be screwy, but I like the trigger on my 19.
