I'm looking for a revolutionary era continental minute man image something clean not cartoony looking and patriotic for a tattoo idea.
I've saved a few art prinys from google but haven't found the one yet. Also another idea....

IMO do not add horizontal or vertical stripes like on the flag. It just doesn't work out right...
From a distance flag stripes always look funny.. |

I agree, I have a flag already, the straighter you try to make the lines the more crooked they look. I'm thinking of using the SOL with the snake, I want a militiaman but haven't found any paintings or prints that I like so far.

Revolutionary rifle and Revolutionary sword crossed.
Then have the Minuteman hat on the ground between them. It would represent the minutemen that have died, the rifle and sword still standing up. That means you will take their place and be ready to fight. |
