Am I paranoid (you don't have to answer this) but should I send in my Bushmaster registration card or is this giving out too much information for others to see??? It requires model, serial #, use, etc. and I guess for futher repair work (but that ought to be covered no matter what)..

Bushmaster is actually an ATF front designed to gather information on firearms enthusiasts.  [whacko]

The reality is that this type of thing gets you into their customer database.  Yes, that information could be obtained through a court order.  But in reality, it will get you a regular Bushmaster catalog.

If you are worried, don't send it.  The warranty is still valid if you don't "register".

I didn't do it in the past, but now the feds get my name every time I purchase a new firearm so I send them in now.

I wouldn't do it. They don't need that info in my opinion [;)]
