What have the Romans given us? My favorite Easter movie. Besides the roads, and medicine, and the Aqueducts, ...what have the Romans given us? Education. |

I know church goers who refused to watch it . Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Which is funny because the Pythons put scenes with Jesus in the movie *specifically* to emphasize the fact that they were not ridiculing Christ. As a Christian, the actual portrayals of Jesus in the movie are just fine. And if you understand the history of the period you know that there were all kinds of Messiahs and prophets popping up left and right. And everyone wanted their Messiah to fit their image of who the Messiah should be. In short, the Life of Brian is pretty accurate and really funny. I don’t know why anyone would have any problem with it. |
