Pulling out in front of a sports car, yeah that guy has some brains right there!
Also I'm surprised to see just how easy it is to separate the survival cell from the rest of the car. Honestly it just looked like a simple sideswipe. ETA: After watching again, it really doesn't look like he was going that much faster (if at all) than the darker car. |

Lambo was booking it pretty good probably speeding for that street. Other driver is still an oblivious idiot. 2. Driver just clipped him, but it looks like that spun him into a sideways impact with the tree. Big trees don't move.

"blame" isn't 100/0. it can be 70/30, 50/50, etc. this is why whoever has the best lawyer wins. |

Someone forgot to look before turning. ![]() Watch the video again. You can see the car start to make his turn when the Lambo came flying around the corner. Whoever was driving had time to look... |

Watch the video again. You can see the car start to make his turn when the Lambo came flying around the corner. Doesn't look like either car was exactly "flying". Both of them were moving at more-or-less-sane speeds - which makes this accident even derp-ier.

That guy has so much garbage overlayed in the video it is unwatchable. |

Looks to me like the Lambo was easily in view before the black car even started slowing for his turn. Not that he slowed much. |

Nope, The lambo was just about lined up with the straight section of the street before the car even entered the picture. The driver of the dark car had PLENTY of time to determine that they would need to let this car pass before making the turn. Why the driver didn't stop? Only the driver really knows. Maybe the lambo was against a white background? Maybe they were busy texting? From the video, it looks pretty cut and dry. Edit: Both cars seemed to be traveling at close to (or slower than) the speed limit. Im sure they have already determined how fast the lambo was going, and I would put my money that it wasn't going much past the limit if at all. |

There is a show on building the car. The rear and front sections are bolted to the main compartment. No big deal to repair other than money. Does the crash tear fasteners only? Yep. Roll the two pieces back together, replace 4 boots and you're back on the road. Nifty design. |

No way the Lamborghini driver was not speeding. You can see in the video on how far the front half of the car travelled. That car was carrying significant momentum to go that far. I'd say 70mph in a residential street.
I will guess that the Lamborghini driver has diplomatic immunity from the UN in order not to be prosecuted or receiving a citation. It seems like the police have not done anything. |
