Thin sliced sirloin marinated 24hrs in fresh lime juice, cumin, and olive oil and pan seared topped with onions and more fresh lime juice. Plantains ripened three weeks in a paper bag and sauteed in oil. Yellow rice and black beans.

Revolver is actually a Pietta replica (cap and ball version). Being NY, this is the only "real" handgun I can have without a permit and is actually illegal to load without a permit. (It is actually illegal to possess gun, powder, caps & balls together without a permit). 
Anyway, it just hangs on the wall in a western rig. |
