| Person on craigslist wants to buy my truck. He says he is at sea and wants to send the money to a PayPal account and have someone pick up the truck for him. This is my first time using craigslist. |
I was inquiring about a car on CL over a year ago that was selling considerably below Blue Book value, and received a reply from a female soldier, complete with pics of her in uniform. Since she was deployed, all I needed to do was wire funds into her account and a relative of hers in Kansas would ship me the car.

| I only used CL once. Years ago to sell a guitar amp head, Marshall. I had more scam offers. One guy sent me a company check (company that didn't exist) for twice what I was asking. Said he wanted me to wire him the difference. CL is a haven for hookers, thieves and con-men. |
