| Red X does have communication issues, but decent products. I ordered five stripped uppers complete with FA and port door installed back in January. I sent several emails asking them to cancel my order in May, but received no response. Well, my credit card expired in that same month, so I thought they can't process the order anyways since the number and expiration date on the new card had changed and they don't bill until they are ready to ship. Oddly enough, the receivers showed up at the end of June.....and I was never charged for them. I sent several more emails explaining that they sent me free products and how to return them, again no responses. Even though their communication is lacking, I must say that the quality of the receivers are decent though. |
